The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to 用戶 ID (User ID), 電子郵件 (Email), 生日 (Birthday), 螢幕截圖 (Screenshots). The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

本服務 (ioiz) 提供之「聊天回覆分析」與建議功能係透過第三方 AI 服務（包含 Google Gemini API）實現。當您使用分析功能或上傳聊天截圖時，相關內容將傳輸至第三方伺服器進行即時運算。

我們針對使用者資料安全做出以下承諾：
1. 傳送內容僅限於對話文本或截圖，不包含您的帳號、密碼、真實姓名等可識別個人身分之機密資訊。
2. 這些資料僅用於提供即時回覆建議，絕對不會被用於訓練第三方 AI 模型。
3. 我們不會在伺服器端永久儲存您的截圖原始檔，分析完成後即釋放相關資源。
4. 所有第三方服務處理過程皆符合其適用之生成式 AI 服務條款，並提供與本隱私權政策同等或更高水平的資料保護。

服務提供者可能會揭露使用者所提供的資料及自動收集的資訊:

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

服務提供者將在您使用應用程式時保留使用者提供的資料,並在之後的合理時間內保留。若您希望他們刪除您透過應用程式提供的使用者資料,請透過 ioiz.support@gmail.com 與他們聯繫,他們將在合理時間內回覆。

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
